Health tips for daily life

Hello and warm good morning to all tunza members,
I hope all of you are doing great and staying safe and healthy at home.

Today I am going to share with you all about Health tips which you can apply in your daily life health related problems.

I am going to share you all the advantage of some plant for our health.

Neem : It is beneficial for our skin , blood and teeth realted problems.Neem is used to cure chicken pox also.It helps to purify our blood.

Tulsi : Tulsi is very beneficial for fever, cough and common cold.If you consume Tulsi by boiling it with water it is very beneficial for common cold and cough.It is also called as holy basil.

Turmeric : It is beneficial for wounds and blood related problems.

Indian gooseberry or Amala : It is benefiacl for eyes, stomach , hair and weakness problem.


Java plum or jamun : It is beneficial for mouth , neck and teeth problems.It is even beneficial for diabetes.

Guava : It is very beneficial for mouth wounds , neck  and for stomach.


Bryophyllum : It is beneficial for kidney stones and urine rated problems.


Wood apple or Bel : It is beneficial for diabetes, high blood pressure problems. It is very beneficial in summer days to protect us from dehydration.

Ginger : It is very beneficial for respiratory problem, cough , common cold and jaundice.

Today at last I want to request one thing to all tunza members.In this lockdown we all are staying home safe and healthy but the animals and birds out their are roaming place to place in search of food. There are various animal care centre who are providing food to street animals.But we individually  should also contribute to it as we cannot go outside and feed all the street animals we can do some small effort .Like we can put some food outside our house at one side for the street animals around our locality and we can also put some food and water for the birds on our terrace or our balcony .We can keep in any place where it is possible and animals or birds could reach that place.

    Talking about birds and animals I have been spreading rice in my terrace and I am keeping water in buckets and also feeding street dogs.
    Hope you are also helping them.
