The beautiful city-Pokhara |

"If there is a paradise on Earth-its Pokhara", I saw these words on the wall of a motel while traveling to the city Pokhara. Kilometers away from the entrance gate of the city, one can witness the majestic Machhapuchre Himal (Fishtail Mountain) standing tall as if guiding you to the core of the city.
 Daily thousands of tourists are seen moving in and out the city enjoying every aspects of the nature. The Seti river, the view of Fishtail mountain......enough to take your breathe away. Apart from those I was interested to know about the sanitary management of such a busy city and I was impressed. The people were conscious about the cleanliness and stopped anybody who littered the area. Further the dust bins were place at the busy places where there is more movements.  |

I guess Pokhara has got unbeatable natural beauty so iegnasts necessary its beauty is kept to its natural state as much as possible.... Its nice you mentioned about the city, further there are many lakes like Phewa, Begnas and many street festivals...
