on February 18, Ethiopian have faced a meeting between her most  influencer youths on climate and environmental change who are Youth Environmentalist, Climate Activists, and Green Entrepreneurs had  workshop to share idea and to learn how to use the social media platform,

I am pleased to be invited to the workshop on behalf of the African Youth Initiative on Climate Change – Ethiopia Chapter (AYICC-Ethiopiahttps://www.facebook.com/AYICCEthiopia  to the AYICC Ethiopia Digital Skills Workshop for Youth in Green Jobs that was held on Thursday, 18th February 2021, from 9:00 am - 4:00 PM in Addis Ababa at Jupiter Hotel, bole Branch. The Workshop as organized by AYICC Ethiopia Chapter with support from The Open Society Initiative for Eastern Africa.    https://www.opensocietyfoundations.org/who-we-are

The main objective of the workshop is to build the resilience of young people in the post-COVID-19 global pandemic era through digital empowerment. Specifically, this project provides young entrepreneurs with the skills and capacity to take advantage of the growing online market or cyberspace

we all got to learn new things that we didn't know  and meet and make new friends who have the same interest. i personally was amused very much by the progress that the youth at my age is doing in Ethiopia, we came together for one full day to share ideas, make partner ship and empower the youth.

    Hello Bethlehem!
    It's your SJ mentor.

I hope you are doing well.
Thank you for introducing your experience of participating in workshops for future generations who are interested in climate change and environment.
Reading your report, I could see that you had a very interesting and enjoyable time through the workshop.
It would be better to explain the case of how social entrepreneurs can do business online or in cyberspace.
Through these networking opportunities, we hope that more young people will be interested in the environment and climate change.

    Green cheers!

    Best regards,
    SJ mentor.

    Hello Bethlehem,
    this is your mentor WooJoo.

    Warm greetings from South Korea!
Thank you for sharing your experiences at the workshop.
Learning new things are always fascinating, and I am glad that you learned new subjects and got the chance to meet new people.
By knowing how to manage online and cyberspace, it would be beneficial in organizing online campaigns or other activities regarding the protection of environment.
It would have been great if you introduced our Tunza community to them as an example of green-online space!
Because stopping the spread of the pandemic is taking longer and harder than we thought, these opportunities where you can learn online things are very helpful,
since our market industry is going towards online as well.

    Keep sharing

    Regards,
    WooJoo

This is praiseworthy! I wish such workshops were organized in my country too! But another thing that can be done is an online international workshop so that youth from rural countries or states can also participate in such awareness workshops.
