[Free report] Environmental hacks for food.

by Diana Gamazova | 10-05-2020 00:36 recommendations 0

Hello there! Sorry, I couldn't write many essays, because of mess situation over here
So today I'm gonna talk about how to save our environment with choosing "right" food and how to cook it to be eco-friendly!
So here we are:
Have you ever payed attention on ingredients which your food is made of?
There surely you could see a palm oil and well I can say in most products you will see it. It makes our cakes and junk food That tasty and oily. But have you ever seen how this palm oil is literally destructing our Indonesian jungles and killing orangutans there? Billions hectares of green forests are being cut for millions tones of palm oil.
So here is my first hack:
1. Every time you buy something, always look for what is it containing, sometimes they can cover it with the name - vegetable fats. So if there is palm oil or such a fats, do not buy it, even it is your lovely chocolate or crisps, with not buying it, you will save over 1-3 meters of jungles in Indonesia.
Second hack is if you are washing vegetables, wash it in one bowl, filled with water, not under the flowing water, you will save almost 10 liters of water per day!! So:
2. Get the bowl, put all your vegetables and fruits there and just rinse and wash them there, change water if it will become very dirty.
The third fact is grow green on your windowsill or if you have garden, you can plant anything you like! Specially you can plant more sunflowers, because they are the best choice for the sake of bees! It is not expensive, it does not takes much of your time (just do not forget to water them))). And at the end you will save almost hundred litres of water and get amazing, natural and tasty salads, greens and vegetables!
3. Plant and grow! And you will save water, bees and yourself from pesticides!
Forth one is connected with previous one, go composting! For example: you ate eggs for breakfast and didn't use the shells from eggs, just smash them more in to small pieces and put them on the ground, where all your plants are growing, it will give plants extra calcium. Second is if you ate banana, blend the pills and mix them with sugar and coffee grain residues, your plans are going to be very thankful to you!
4. Use your food lefts for plant nutrition!
This is m favourite hacks! In the next report I'm going to tell you more, so i know this is short, but I'm really trying to be more active, but conditions of online schooling, coronavirus quarantine and volonteering duties and final examinations, sirencely keeping me away from writing more posts here, but I didn't forget about my ambassador duties and keep getting readymy projects.

Hi Diana Gamazova, this is a mentor Sang Su Lee.

Indeed food is a major component of our lives because we die without it. When buying food, people do not pay much attention to its ingredients and I realized that it is so important to notice them as I was reading through your article. Thank you for introducing some ways to cook ecofriendly.

    Green Cheers!
