I think young people have a great role and responsibility to create better future and address the climate change because according to UN “Climate change is one of the major challenges of our time and adds considerable stress to our societies and to the environment. From shifting weather patterns that threaten food production, to rising sea levels that increase the risk of catastrophic flooding, the impacts of climate change are global and affects everyone.
And they role can be divide into 2 section: 1_ collaborate with other youth and organizations Alone you can't make such a big movement but together you can make it hence the youth have to collaborate with each other whether individuals or NGOs 2_ Partner with government. Sometimes you have to co-work with government to take it to the next level as the government is the voice of power in all countries, so to tackle many problems in many countries you need to have the permission of the authority in your country. |

Hello Nada
Climate change is an evident phenomenon that is happening in this planet. And you suggested two excellent ways to delay, or totally stop them. There are many examples of people with collective effort to make big changes.
About the collaboration with the government, certainly it is an organization that can actually bring change in variety of dimensions. Fortunately, two aspects you mentioned are happening in many regions of the earth. I hope the visible deceleration of climate change can be seen as soon as possible.

this is your mentor Lisa.
I really liked how you have suggested two ways that the youths can participate in the climate issue.
Collaboration is always one of the best options, the more the better!
Also, I feel like each one of us can be an inspiration and motivation for each other to continue our work in creative ways.
Partnering with the government is often not an option for many of us for various reasons. Yet, I do agree with you that if there are any channels that we could communicate with the government, we have to dive into it!
