As a part of my DOZEN ACTS of GREEN for Earth Day2012  , I took part in an environmental walkathon which took place in the neighboring emirate of Sharjah . This walkathon was organised by BEE?AH   which is one of the region?s leading and award-winning fully integrated environment and waste management company.

Emirates Environment Group , of which I am a long time member and now a pioneer of its CARTOONA CLUB , partnered this event . I joined this great awareness initiative as one of the representatives of Emirates Environmental Group. The walkathon took place on the picturesque waterfront of Sharjah and the verdant green surroundings reminded all present of how beautiful a green world can be.

Bee?ah , as a waste management company , visited some model homes in the UAE a few months back along with Gulf News . This campaign was to visit homes where waste was being segregated and disposed according to ?organic? and recyclable . It was quite an honour for me when Bee?ah senior executives and Gulf News visited my home – picture below.
