Sharjah Environment Awareness Award |

The SEAA is an ongoing competition launched by Bee?ah in 2010 through the Bee?ah School of Environment. More than 60 different schools and nurseries have participated in the SEAA and over 18 schools have been awarded for their outstanding efforts in their initiative towards protecting the environment. The participating schools actively involved their students in a range of creative environmental projects and art-craft environmental educational exhibitions based on the 3R?s and saving the environment?s natural resources.
This Award ceremony for the SEAA 2015 took place on the 4th of June,2015 where enthusiastic and passionate environmentalists were awarded for their significant work. The award ceremony started with a welcome speech by the Beeah Director followed by a guest speech by Arushi Madan who won the SEAA in 2014. Various schools were awarded for their creative approach to environmental solutions. Also there were individual categories for students and teachers where Anjum Hasan won the SEAA Outstanding Teacher Award and Rohan Kapur, Myself and Aaron Fernandes won the SEAA Outstanding Student Awards. I feel this award is a boost for me, an encouragement to work more extensively in the field of environment and i feel extremely honoured to have won this award on the World Environment Day. Also i would like to congratulate each and everyone who took part in this great initiative by Beeah.
