In order to use high technology for waste management by the local government, central government needs to make the technology standard waste management which includes among other types of technology, specifications, advantages and disadvantages, as well as the estimated value of investment and operations.
4. GOI Centre should formulate a policy so that the options included in the waste management technologies LKPP e-catalog to facilitate the procurement process in area.If dimungkinakn procurement and implementation of waste management technology without a tender process but through direct appointment.
5. It should be a policy that combines all the rules for waste management in particular, this could be the regulation so that it can cut the chains permits multi-layered and the process is now significantly shorter.
