My Olympic Torch displayed at Dubai Mall- the biggest Shopping mall
All through the Olympic Games From 27 July 2012 till 12 August 2012

Emaar Retail LLC, the premium leisure and entertainment provider, organized a colorful Olympic Theme Parade at the biggest mall in United Arab Emirates – The Dubai Mall and screened a live telecast of the Opening Ceremony of the London Olympic Games 2012 as part of its ongoing. 

The Parade featured representatives of the UAE National Olympics Committee, Emaar Retail and the Dubai Police marching band, as well as the mascots of SEGA Republic,

Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo and KidZania.

The Opening Ceremony of the London Olympic Games 2012 was aired live on the giant 20m x 10m LED screen at Dubai Ice Rink in a stadium-like ambience. Visitors were able to watch the show from the comfort of bean bags located within the ice rink or from the Gallery area. With the UAE?s participation at the London Olympic Games 2012 being a source of pride for every resident in the country, The excitement continued by showcasing selected highlights and Olympics Games events on the gigantic screen at Dubai Ice Rink from 27 July  until August 12 .

At the Entrance of the Ice Rink and the Big Screens, Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., the worldwide Partner of the London 2012 Olympic Games, showcased the Olympic torch carried by me, with a special challenge keeping with the Olympic theme and beating the time to complete the tasks using SIII features and the winners were gifted SIII mobile phones each week.

The booth had many pictures taken during the Run featuring the torch bearers scrolling from 10 am till 12 during week days and 10 am till 2 am during weekends.  Also the stand itself was so beautiful highlighting the names of the Region s torch bearers.
