In Tamilnadu almost in all places the plastic carry bags are banned. In our district it is strictly followed. I had given a letter to our district collector last year I have mentioned it in my last ambassador?s report, for this carry bags issue. Before the food is wrapped by carry bag materials but now all are using banana tree leaf for packing and wrapping. I think this is the good turn. Even in eye donation campaign all the students carrying the banner with the slogans like plant tree saplings and avoid the carry bags etc. One day I have returned from my school I saw NSS students? campaign in our town and I took photos with my mother?s mobile. |
