Finally I'm a Trained Rescuer

As a partcipant i attended 'Comprehensive Disaster Management Programme' at the Rayer Bazar Branch of JAAGO Foundation on the 18th, 19th and 20th of October, 2012. This was a three-day training program, from 09.00 am to 5.00 pm. This training session was held in a complete course on disaster management, and focused on what to do during or after disasters, such as - earthquake or fire. The training was conducted in three days session, two days practical and one theory session. The theory session had discussion regarding the rescue mission and how its conduct in real life simulation. In rest two days practical session, different tools, equipment and accessories were used for rescue mission and operational demo and next ended with first Responders for operational Medical team. At the end of the day, a test was conducted on the bases of the full course that was held during three days. Training is supported by Fire Service & Civil Defense Bangladesh, European Union - EU, UKAiD, ausAID, Nowaygian Embassy , SIDA, United Nations Development Programme
