Foods, Medicine & Cash Money distribution for the injured people in Savar Tragedy |

On 29th April, 2013 (Tuesday) at Orthopedic Hospital, Agargaon, Dhaka Very recently a devastating accident occurred in Savar after collapsing the "Rana Plaza". About 500 people died, 1000 injured & 3000 people rescued from the collapsed building. Three garment industries were there to run there regular manufacturing activities. But because of lacking of accuracy in structural design the building collapsed just after crack in column. Very specifically it was a real critical moment for our whole nation. That's why people from all walks of life just helped at their level best. As usual our leos came forward to assist to the injured people to get well soon. We raised about 42000 BDT from campuses through fund raising campaign. We bought fruits, cakes, water, horlicks, saline by this money to distribute. We also distribute 500 BDT cash to each patient in that hospital injured from the collapsing. The Leo Club of Dhaka Paradise is always ready to serve the community.
