I got the news and exultant I share it here as being chosen as the Youth Group for the Month from hundreds of groups actively working globally is a very big Reward and Recognition to our Work locally. This months Earth Charter Youth Group of the Month goes to SynergY, an active youth group based in Dubai, which has gathered students from across the United Arab Emirates who want to take action towards raising awareness around environmental, social, and economic issues that affect youth every day. SynergY specifically focuses on areas such as education, health, welfare, and the environment and all their actions follow the Earth Charters values and principles. Over two years of journey and hard work together has supported my efforts in striving to build a more educated and dedicated group of youth sustainability change makers in the Middle East, and we also look forward to continuing to receive the support in our journey.
