Technologies that save the environment

          Today, because of the advanced technology, we can use new things and we can invent new things and so we can find lots of technologies. Among them, some can?t harm our environment but some can. I would like to discuss some technologies that save the environment.

1. Solar power

            Nowadays, we can widely use electrical power for our daily lives. Although they can give a huge amount of electrical power, there are lots of danger on our environment. To use electrical power, we need lots of machines to produce electrical power. And we have to invent new machines and we have to build new industries. Cause of industries, we get lots of danger on our environment. And if there were any electric shock, it would be harmful to our environment. So, scientists decide to invent solar power. Solar power is one which uses sunlight and can invert into electrical power. If  we can use solar power widely, there would be less harmful things to our environment. Solar power is more powerful than electrical power and we only need sunlight to produce electrical power and so we don?t need lots of machines. But there is still one drawback. Solar power can only use on sunny day and so it can?t work on cloudy or on rainy day.

2. Organic batteries

            Energy storage may be one thing holding renewable back. Conventional battery technologies are capable but cost is a huge roadblock. And conventional batteries give less energy than organic flow batteries. And if conventional batteries become power down, we have to recharge or we have to put acids to be powerful. And the metals used in conventional batteries would cost a lot because these metals are found less in our environment. But organic flow batteries can use external tanks instead of housing all components inside a battery case and they can store a large amount of energy and the metals used can cost prohibitive. So we should use organic batteries rather than conventional batteries.

3. Recycling materials

            Today, because of using things a lot, we have to recycle these materials. But almost everyone doesn?t denote this as a technology. And I would like to introduce this in parts. Recycling materials can be divided into two main parts, renewable and non-renewable materials. Renewable materials can be convert into new things and by recycling these we can produce new things and this is a way protecting our environment. Non-renewable materials can harm our environment a lot cause these can?t convert new things. But if we use these properly, we can recycle these and it?s a way keeping our environment.
