July 4th, 2013 ELE Rwanda has opened the 2013 Creativity and Innovation Camp at Kicukiro Integrated Polytechnic Regional Center (IPRC Kicukiro) with "WIRELESS TECHNOLOGY" as the theme. The minister of Education, the minister of Youth, students and numerous Rwandan Youth Entrepreneurs were invited at the Opening Ceremony and I was a delegate from Biodiversity conservation, Hygiene, Sanitation, and Environmental management Cooperative (BIOCOOP Rwanda).

The theme was more fitting in the case of Rwanda and Africa, where mobile technology is increasingly becoming the cornerstone of socio-economic stability. This has given the student an opportunity to discuss some of technologies that were based on Global Positioning System devices (GPS), Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), Global System for Mobile Communication (GSM) and Principal of Wireless Networks. The camp has finished on 15th July 2013. The trainees students have discussed how above technologies can be applied to local challenges.

Emerging Leaders and Entrepreneurs of Rwanda (ELE Rwanda) is student-led platform for youth innovation founded by presidential scholars at Oklahoma Christian University. Oklahoma Christian University (OCU) has a strong and vital relationship with the republic of Rwanda. H.E.
