Safe Vacationer In A Clean Beach

by Abdessamad Belfekroun | 22-09-2018 03:46 recommendations 1

On Tuesday, September 11, a group of environmental associations and government institutions in the environmental field of Sidi Bel Abbes and Oran States organized a sensitization campaign on the "Andalusiat" beach, one of the longest and most famous beaches in the state. The awareness campaign included  awareness workshops for children on marine pollution and the importance of preserving the marine environment, and the awareness of the vacationers through the distribution of leaflets and brochures on marine pollution and the  prevention of food poisoning.

The Environment and Development Youth Association, which we established recently, participated in this process. This is a season where there is a high influx into beaches  which causes pollution especially by plastic wastes, it is also a season of many cases of food poisoning.

    Hello Abdessamad :)
Nice work and handclaps to your successful event done by the Environment and Development Youth Association!
I have just heard today that there might be more rubbish at the sea than the number of fish in 2050s. It is truly amazing and destructive foresight to be, but it is definitely true that we have not paid attention to such a phenomenon to keep itself till now.
Thanks for sharing your experience and hope it gets more participants to your campaign and event!

    Hello Abdessamad!
Congratulations on the successful event done by the Environment and Development Youth Association!
Plastics are being a big issue and one part of the world that is quite suffering from it is our ocean. As plastic wastes flow into seawater region, the management gets harder and many animals accidentally consume it.
Keep up the great work and if any other acts are to be done, please share it with us!
    Thanks for sharing :)

    Hey there Abdessamad!

Firstly, I would like to congratulate you on such a successful event! Plastic pollution is such a grave problem especially now when spring and summer is on and as you say, now that there will be an influx of many people to the beach. Also, the Spring and Summer seasons bring about food poisoning. I like how you have integrated both issues in one event, truely killing 2 birds with one stone!

    Lovely report!

Hello Belfekroun, this so wonderful job. For real plastics should be beaten so hardly. It is the very good way to save environment from its pollution.

Very good report, thanks for sharing.
