Inspiration from Mentors Hello
Á¤½Ä¿©º¸¼¼¿ä A warm Namaste from country of Mt Everest and Buddha Today, I come up with different report but very essential one. 4 years ago I came to know about Tunza Eco Generation from Former Ambassador Bindu Bhandari sister and I started using this site, I wrote few articles, later I applied for Ambassador but was not selected and then I left using this site, after 3 years again I wanted to use this site and wrote 32 world reports and more than 1000 points were collected and applied for ambassador and was selected. Immediately After being ambassador, there was my semester exam and I could not give much more time here, after exam I started to write slowly and gradually. One thing strikes on my mind, how our mentors are continuously putting their efforts in reading and writing comments in every Ambassador¡¯s reports. I was truly inspired by Gyeongrin mentor and Joon Ho Mentor, how they are truly and sincerely doing their work. After Then I started writing comments on every ambassador¡¯s reports and reply every comments. This is great lesson for me, we have to give our 100% wherever we are working or doing something. I want to thanks these two Mentors from my deep heart. I feel very good to read comment of mentors in my report; they are really well and meaningful every time. And I try my best to reply in those comments. We all ambassador from different corners of world are here to conserve environment and earth, we are from different profession, as I am going to be Veterinary Doctor, some are going to be agriculturist, environmentalist, political leader etc if we give our 100% in our work, obviously our earth will be very beautiful place to live. In this 6 month of Ambassador term all we 60 ambassador from every country if give our 100% effort we really can bring change. With the inspiration from Mentors, I humbly request all ambassadors to give 100% effort in our work, yes I also have to improve a lot but I am trying my best, we should never compare our effort with other, if we are giving 100% we will obviously be happy and feel proud on our work. Again I want to thank you Gyeongrin mentor and Joon Ho Mentor, from bottom of my heart. ¡°Together We Can Change this world¡± ¡°Together We Can Save Earth¡± ¡°Together We Can Beat Plastic Pollution¡± ¡°Together We Can End Hunger Problem¡± ¡°Together We Can¡± ¡°Give You 100% Effort¡± Thank You

Hello Deepak, what a delightful surprise!
I am glad that I could be some help to this platform and I also want to send my gratitude to every ambassador as your report inspires me and encourages me. I must say I do learn a lot from our ambassadors?? report and am frequently amazed by how our differences make our unique viewpoints which enlighten us and make us see what we could have missed. The most marvelous point is that although we have different backgrounds and ways of living we still share the same objective, ¡°Save our environment¡± and this wraps us into a whole, significant group. Before being a part of this platform, I must admit that I did have some disbelief in what individuals could actually do to save this environment, but now I truly see that with our ambassadors, and with so much effort, change is not that far away. It is always nice to read reports with so much enthusiasm and passion that shows how much our ambassadors are caring about the environment. Your every step is truly the path that brings us one step closer to a greener future, a future that is sustainable and livable for every generation that would follow. Sorry for the belated comments last week and I do really like your reply comments as they are also my encouraging moments and also they do make your reports more connected! And also many thanks to every other comment :)
Anyway, thanks for the sincere report and as this is almost the end of this year, best wishes to everyone and take care :)
TOGETHER WE CAN!

I was a high school freshman when I first got to know of E-gen regional ambassador program, and luckily did make it to become one of the 4th regional ambassadors. I barely do remember my fellow ambassadors?? reports at that time, but the biggest and drastic change comparing to my ambassador term is the fact that ¡®there have been way too many environmental problems?? coming up as issues right now.
When I first paid my attention to surrounding environment and my region was at the age of 10, and climate change was something alike ¡®ideology?? and ¡®vague, descent theory??. However, collateral and subsidiary problems triggered by climate change ¡®literally covered?? our globe and world, without any noise. Though I pursued my career and my activities to act against climate change so far, I felt ashamed of myself when I read through some of your reports, as I regret of myself not doing more and various activities in this field. I truly do remember quite a lot of ambassadors?? activities and what you have done so far, for our public goals: making ¡®our world?? a bit better and more sustainable.
Pursuing one??s individual career in a delicate manner and taking others (people) into account are really important to do so, but what??s the most important task and mission for all of us is not to get far away from our prime goals and problems we are facing.
Not only the climate change but tons of environmental problems do have common points: ¡®it affects everyone regardless of individual social position, nation, and everything??. But human beings have not taken all those complex and individual elements affected by environmental problems all into a single set, which means that billions of people ¡®literally got forgotten?? from these problems. Though we have a very modernized and brand new technologies supported by scientists and statistical advancement, we have ¡®forgotten?? many people around us. TUNZA Eco-generation??s regional ambassador program ¡®shortens such risk?? and ¡®manages and lets us learn from others to act in a cooperative manner?? to solve problems, and not to forget ¡®them??. I really appreciate this program, and that??s the reason why I came back as a mentor (hopefully I was lucky again). Such program is desperately in need for all of us so we can talk and share what we are facing in front of us. They are ¡®not invisible?? problems anymore
We are not heroes in the movie, but at least I do remember how our 20th regional ambassadors were thoughtful and responsible people to be, which means all of you can support and help this world get out of that vicious cycle and condition. I do love this quote from movie in 2007: ¡®If you don??t stand for something, you might fall for anything??. Hope all of you can stand for yourself, your family, nation, and our globe. We can??t escape from environmental problems, but to face it directly.
Thank you so much for the last 6 months, and thanks a lot for letting me learn a lot from all of you.
Face it, and then it shall change. 😊

Thanks to Deepak, and I never expected this comment up on our E-gen regional ambassador report so far :) (And thanks to Kushal, Rosa, Israel)
Surprised to read this, and I would like to leave some comments concerning this as feedbacks I leave on reports cannot explain everything for mentors' thoughts and motives to push ourselves to get more motivated into this job
This is second term as a mentor for me since I started my job at the end of February, this year. Though I kept on leaving feedbacks and going through reports of 120 regional ambassadors so far, I still do lack professional knowledge and information to give way better feedbacks to you guys. I try to follow up upcoming news and issues in global news channels and newspapers but I barely get to know more about specific and regional campaigns or projects that our regional ambassadors are doing, sorry for that :(
To be more..specific, I try not to miss out reports, fixing the deadline for giving feedbacks up to 4 days but sometimes lots of reports come in and I do spend 'a bit shorter' time to give feedbacks. There might have been some regional ambassadors who felt disappointed when their reports did not receive feedbacks from me up to their expectation or level of thought they are having to me. I don't want to give excuse for that but what I am sure is that I still do remember and keep following up our ambassadors projects, interests and what kind of activities you guys are doing these days :)
Though Gyeongrin mentor is way too busier than me, she gives even better feedback to you guys and I also do learn from this. I do also learn from ambassadors' feedbacks in other reports, and sometimes give out the link or additional feedback to let the writer of the report to back up her/his knowledge or campaign plan from others' ideas. And I feel like I am filling up the lacking part or capability when I do give out some 'short' feedbacks to our regional ambassadors.
The following message is what I left to our 20th Regional Ambassadors, and hope it can fill up the part that I wanted to add onto the message above!
Again, thanks a lot to our regional ambassadors, and I would give a little more try to give better feedbacks or much better efficient management for the replies of individual regional ambassadors in email. :)

Deepak,
The inspiration we have gotten from our mentors (Joon Ho and Gyeongrin) cannot be overstressed. A comment from them on our articles and reports add colour and meanings to them.
I remembered when I noticed Mentor Gyeongrin's absence from the site for some days and I tried to ask the administrator, Mentor Gyeongrin, despite the busy schedules, replied just shortly after that notice and he left comments on articles.
I believe we can't be busier than them, but still, they ensure they read, follow-up and comment on articles from ambassadors. THEY ARE TRULY AN INSPIRATION! They are worthy of emulation.
Thanks for this report on our Mentors Deepak.

Hi Deepak.
They are diligent, thoughtful, encouraging, but constructive Mentors. They have been an inspiration, and a motivation to many to do better, especially when it comes to doing our mandatory duties, such as report writing and leaving comments for other fellow ambassadors.
I empathise with you Deepak, we are a large group of people and we can bring change wherever we are provided we pursue that goal. I too have fallen trap to the busy schedules of the day, but one thing is for sure, the moment you get back to it, Mentors Gyeongrin and Joon are always here to help you pick up where you have left off.
A true appreciation post! i enjoyed reading this, this morning. It already put a smile on my face.
