What is climate change?

by Mehri Huseynli | 27-03-2019 07:24 recommendations 0

In recent years, the dynamics of dangerous abnormal processes have increased, and this process, which started at the end of the last century, is the result of global climate change. The main factor causing global climate change is the increase in average annual temperature on the surface. This has changed the distribution of humidity in the world's current climate system. The main reason here is the heat exchange with the atmosphere at the ocean level. This also causes the movement of the currents in the oceans. Changing of the direction of movement of the currents in the oceans causes droughts in drylands in some parts of the world and droughts in areas where rainfall is less than normal. Therefore, any other flood, hazardous hydro meteorological processes occur in any region. In short, the process is as follows: if the temperature increases, the evaporation is also rising. If steam increases, evaporated water should not be in the atmosphere and should return to the ground. That is, how much water is evaporated from the Earth for a thousand years, so much water returns to the ground.

In recent times, climate change has become a subject of broad debates among world press members, politicians, academics and major companies. This is a fact. Over the centuries, the atmosphere has been used as a garbage dump for greenhouse gases, and today this process is a real threat.

Climate change: The temperature rises, the glaciers melted, the sea level rises, the water supply gets in danger. The rivers and agricultural land dries up, the number of deserts is growing. Biological diversity varies. The Arctic melts, the sea warms.

CO2 is capable of maintaining heat. When carbon dioxide falls into the atmosphere, a strong warming process is going on. In other words, underground resources and abnormal climatic changes also arise from this heat. Experts say that carbon dioxide levels in the atmosphere have been negligible during the existence of our planet. During the Industrial Revolution, only 280 out of every million particles in the atmosphere fell to carbon dioxide. But since then the amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere has increased rapidly. In the present time, one million particles fall into the atmosphere are carbon gases. According to estimates, this figure will reach 450 in 20 years. The volume of toxic substances thrown into the atmosphere still remains high.

It was possible to obtain information about some of the climate change variables by analyzing the volatility of the ice cover of Antarctica by half a million years. The ice keeps information about the amount of rainfall over the years. An isotope analysis was carried out from the depth of 3km in Antarctica. This analysis allows you to determine the amount of heat and rainfall that occurred over the past several decades. The key feature of this long-term climate change is that it has a very serious periodicity.

The biggest reason for today's climate change is, of course, human. In fact, there are 4 major causes of climate change. These are cosmic processes occurring on the Sun surface, astronomical movements of the world, volcanic eruptions, and tectonic processes. These four natural influences have played a key role in changing the global climate from the very beginning of the world's history. However, this change was about 1 degree of cooling (ice age) in about 150,000 years and warming up to 1 degrees Celsius (warm periods) in 150,000 years. In the present case, the human being pollutes the atmosphere by burning substances that give a large amount of fertile effect. Imagine that as a result, from 1850 to 2000, the air temperature increased by about 1 degree.

According to scientists, global warming will continue. This, in turn, will result in large-scale burning of greenery and forests in many parts of the globe. Because the trees need some moisture. Increasing heat and dampness of moisture can pose a threat to the life of trees. In addition, it depends on agricultural water and air. High temperatures can cause water to diminish in the dry part of the globe. This, in turn, can result in drought. Drought eventually affects hunger, disease, epidemic may cause such emergencies. The worst thing is that it can cause an increase in the level of ocean water and cause melting of ice in the North and South Polar Earth. Thus, the oceanic water level will increase by 1-2 meters, and as a result most of the countries will be under water.

    Helll Mehri

Thank you for such a thorough report about climate change. I really like the way you tried to catch all the situations that are caused by global warming and gave a decent illustration about how they are connected to each other. As you mentioned, the consequences of climate change are devastating and affecting our lives directly. Thabk you for your beautiful report and keep up the good work!
