Do you know certain fruits and nuts have significance on the basis of their shape?
You just have cut an onion. You must have cried a lot while slicing it. Don't worry, it has health benefits. When sliced in half, onions look like body cells. Research shows that the nutrition in onions helps remove waste from cells. When chopping them, they can make you cry, which washes the layers of the eye. Walnuts look like little brains because they have folds and divided halves. They have nuts that resemble the brain. The Walnut tree is a symbol of intelligence, wisdom, knowledge, and inspiration. It's synonymous with intellect and mental aptitude. It helps in brain development. The sliced carrot looks like the human eye. Science shows that the Vitamin A in carrots improves eye function. Similarly, pomegranates are red in color with red juice. It has diverse cultural-religious significance, as a symbol of life and fertility owing to their many seeds but also as a symbol of power (imperial orb), blood. It purifies blood. Like it's color, it helps in blood purification. Cashew nuts are kidney in shaped, and helps in healthy nerves, weight loss, digestion, and good kidney health. Similarly, almond are nail shaped with huge health benefits. They help in weight management, good heart health and several other benefits. It is rich in vitamin E, that helps in maintaining good skin health and nail. Tomatoes have four chambers and are red—just like the human heart. Tomatoes in the same way are important for heart and blood health. Ginger looks like the human stomach. It has been used for centuries to cure stomach aches. Sweet potatoes look like the human pancreas, an organ that is important for healthy blood sugar. Sweet potatoes help to keep the pancreas working well. Kidney beans are similar in shape and color to human kidneys and can actually help prevent kidney disease. Avocados balance hormones for males and females. This is important for a healthy pregnancy in females. Avocados are shaped like the female womb and even take nine month to grow like a baby. So, are you willing to eat more fruits, vegetables and nuts knowing their benefits on the basis of shape?

Hello Asmita!
It's your SJ mentor.
I hope you are doing well.
Thank you for introducing the shape and effect of eating vegetables and fruits.
It is true that their shape and effectiveness have some impact, but they contain a variety of ingredients, which can help in various places when eating food.
It would be better if you could tell us which ingredients of each food specifically act as which mechanisms of the target organization.
Green cheers!
Best regards,
SJ mentor.

Hello Asmita,
this is your mentor WooJoo.
Warm greetings from South Korea!
Thank you for introducing us the symbolism and nutrition of different kinds of food.
I've never heard about the symbolism of pomegranates and tomatoes,
therefore I am impressed how each vegetable, fruit and nuts have different meanings,
They not only taste good, but they are healthy for our bodies as well.
I would like to know how their production affects the environment,
because I heard that the production of avocados requires too much water so it was not very helpful for the environment.
Keep sharing
Regards,
WooJoo
