As part of the improvement of the school environment and the popularization of messages on environmental protection that the platform of school clubs Open Horizons in collaboration with the Mounafanyi Federation of Kindia FMK organized on Saturday, February 13, 2021 in the college tafory a day called: green space.

 The objective of the event was to

To improve the environment of the college tafory through the planting of flower pots. 

To learn and inculcate in the minds of the students behaviors and attitudes favorable to love and protect our environment.

In accordance with the schedule, after the installation of the guests, this green space day began with the welcome speech read by the school club manager and then the performance of the host establishment and the invited schools, namely: Emmaus Stéphane, Nelson Mandela and Lansana, who spoke on the various topics, namely: theater, poetry and advocacy to show the importance of environmental protection but also the harmful practices of men with regard to their environment. Afterwards, the honor went to the coordinator of the national committee for the fight against AIDS CNLS for the launching of the planting of flower pots. Who first to thank for the initiative and to recall that school is the most appropriate place to teach the new generation that our environment is protected. To consolidate his remarks, the principal of the said school also thanked and encouraged OLH for the support and made a commitment to ensure the watering of the flowers which is also a very important process for the positive impact of the activity in the future.
