Any substance that is thrown after its primary purpose and considered as useless is called as waste. Municipal solid waste (garbage), hazardous waste, wastewater (sewage) and, radioactive waste, and examples of waste. The activities and actions necessary to manage trash from its inception through disposal are referred to as waste management. This involves garbage collection, transportation, treatment, and disposal, as well as waste management process monitoring and control. Nowadays, waste is generated in huge quantities by households, businesses, and other offices. Mismanagement of trash disposal has a harmful impact on the environment in several countries. As a result, it is necessary to dispose of waste in an environmentally friendly manner. Here are the ways for eco friendly waste management

1)   Composting

First, we must separate between biodegradable and non-biodegradable  waste. Then, from disposable waste(food waste, waste paper) , composting should be done. compost is utilized as a organic manure in garden or field. It is a very small step that can be taken by anyone.

2)   Reuse

Rather than throwing away usable clothes and electric substances, sell or donate it to needy people. Compost containers can be made out of old wood and pallets. Reuse plastic bottle and containers to plant different flowers. Reuse plastic bottle and containers to plant different flowers. You can contribute books and magazines to schools, public libraries.By cutting old towels and sheets into little pieces and can be used as dust cloths. Newspapers, grocery bags, and magazines can all be used as wrapping material.Instead of buying a new water bottle, refill one from home

3)   Recycle

An ecobrick can be made by plastic waste. It  is a plastic bottle packed to a concentration with recycled plastic. They can be repeated constantly as construction blocks. Ecobricks can be used to make furniture, garden walls, and other structures, among other things. Rather than throwing away the plastic bottles, use them to decorate your home or create other DIY plastic art pieces. Be inventive and make beautiful and functional woven baskets and trays from magazines and newspapers.

.

4)   Incineration

Incineration is a waste treatment method that involves the burning of waste items' substance.  Waste materials are burned, which produces ash, flue gas, and heat. One of various waste-to-energy methods, involving combustion, pyrolysis, and anaerobic digestion, is incineration with energy recovery. Incinerators reduce the solid mass of garbage by 80 percent to 85 percent. Incineration is an important part of waste management since it makes it easier and more efficient. Incineration systems take use a little amount of space. As a result, these are a suitable and efficient trash management option. Incineration plants operate at extremely high temperatures, destroying hazardous microorganisms and pollutants.

Hello Dolma, this is your mentor Hannah.
    Sorry for the late comment.
I liked your article that you recognize the overall waste management process : 'garbage collection, transportation, treatment, and disposal, as well as waste management process monitoring and control'.
Although incineration is an efficient way, it may be greatly pollutive.
Thank you for your great article and please keep up with your wonderful work :)

Hello Dolma, this is your mentor Joon.

There are different ways of waste management, and means you have mentioned are quite
typical and popular that are widely being used around the world. Reuse and Recycle is the
best way of dealing with wastes, as it produces minimum amount of pollutants during the process, however, not every wastes could be reused or recycled. Incineration is another popular way, yet it produces quite a bit of pollutant unless it is burnt in extreme high temperature, which most countries don't have technologies or infrastructures to deal with.
There are much more ways, not limited to those you have mentioned, so if you are interested, go ahead and find more various methods.

Well read your article, and let's keep up.

    Best,

    Joon
