Agrotourism is a unique phenomenon that is developing practically all over the world. The history of agritourism in Europe is about 200 years. We believe that rural tourism was born in the first half of the 19th century, but is actively developing in the second half of the 20th century. At this time, Agricolture et Turisme was founded in France, the first association of agro-tourists. Ten years later, the Italian National Association of Agriculture and Tourism came out under the laconic name "Agriturist". Since then, the agrarian tourism association has become more active in many European countries.
Among the reasons for the active development of agricultural tourism are economic and social reasons. In the economic sphere, agro-tourism was supported as an opportunity to generate additional income: after the rapid development of megacity, agriculture began to lose its appeal, incomes fell, and farmers spoke of sources of income. For tourists, in turn, agrotourism is one of the most attractive ways to spend free time outside the traditional beach and hotel. Exhausted loads and rhythms of life, the development of the lower enemy, natural rest and the spread of natural foods played a major role in the scales. Italy, Spain, Poland, Norway, Belarus - all countries are aware of the growing attractiveness of agritourism. This direction of tourism in Russia. Agrotourism in Belarus began to develop in 2004. Until 2006, there were 34 agro-estates in the country. For several years, tourism has become so popular that the number of agro-industries is approaching 1,000.

Hello Nadir, this is your mentor Hannah.
I love this topic! As Joon mentor mentioned, Korea has almost same concept to agrotourism.
Actually there are lots of farm-experiencing activities where tourists can try feeding livestocks and milk the cows.
Thank you for your great article and please keep up with your wonderful work :) Happy new year!
Sincerly,
Hannah

Hello Nadir, this is your mentor Joon.
Though I have never heard of the term agrotourism before, there is a similar concept in Korea. People head to rural areas in weekend and spend their time planting, growing crops, caring for livestock farming. They say it is both beneficial and economic and experience wise. They can take byproducts with them home which is the best part of the experience.
Well read your article, and Happy new year.
Best,
Joon
