The following are the five fundamental concepts of green building design: Water-efficient landscaping with native, drought-resistant plants. Creating long-lasting constructions of high quality. Construction and demolition waste reduction and recycling Providing enough insulation and ventilation. CodeGreen examined how to design a successful sustainability platform that meets the three pillars of Environment, Social, and Governance throughout the presentation (ESG).

Hello Amit, this is your mentor Joon.
Though there exists some codes and standards, whether the industry actually tries to meet the code is a different issue. There are some companies thriving of profit which does not really follow the code and there are not much restrictions applied to it. Moreover, not many consumers are thoroughly interested on the green building certifications. To improve the weight of it, there should be laws and acts giving benefits to those followed the codes well and disadvantage for others.
Well read your article, and let's keep up!
Best,
Joon
