The significance of parks and other public places is increasing as our world becomes increasingly urbanized; by the middle of the century, it is predicted that around 75 percent of us will reside in cities. Clean water, pollutant-free air, renewable energy, mass transit, environmentally responsible solid waste management, and open space are essential components of sustainable communities. Additionally, they must guarantee that everyone has access to the excitement that drives people into big, vibrant communities. Water fees, energy bills, transportation tolls, and other sources of income are among the many revenue streams that come along with sustainable infrastructure. By the way, we are seeing more public spaces developed and maintained through public-private partnerships. The threat that people would forget why it is important to protect environment grows as more people move into cities. If individuals do not have direct contact with nature, they may forget how dependent we are on ecosystems for things like food, water, air, and many other tangible goods.

I see that you've elaborated on urban technology in general, mentioning its importance and its variegated fields in urban planning.
To choose one field, I would like to discuss about the significance of the transformation of our means of transportation, especially to the electric phase. BEVs and PHEVs obviously have lower carbon footage since their fuel is mainly electricity! Thus, carbon and nitrogen oxide emissions would be significantly lower compared to traditional combustion engines. Also, with less heat loss and higher energy density in batteries, energy efficiency is greatly improved as well. Thus, larger government subsidies would be needed for a swifter transition to a road full of zero-emission vehicles.

You have written an informative report about may theme, eco-friendly urban technologies. Especially, I liked the beginning of your report, where you mentioned the urbanization of lots of countries and growing importance of urban.
