This year also they have organized the Walkathon in Sharjah and many enthusiastic young people like us had joined the event. This year I and my ?Green Brigade? brigadier Swagat had volunteered for the event by Beeah. The event was scheduled to start at 4 PM. We gathered around 3-30 PM at the beautiful spot at Al Qasba in Sharjah which is the start point of the walk. We distributed the T-shirts and goody bags to the people who gathered for the event during registration process.

Also we met many TUNZA Eco generation members (Arushi, Humaid, Asha?) at the venue and utilized the gathering to promote the great forum by displaying the banner and talking about it. Many inquired about the forum and had shown great interest in joining it.

The official walk started at 4-30 PM and ended at Al Majaz WaterFront. Lots of fun events had been conducted there at the venue to make sure young generation get involved with the mother earth and they will become a soldier to the war of protecting the green earth?.It was a wonderful event and I really enjoyed it?
