On the 19th of march 2015 my group and I went for Earth Hour Dxb which was held in Business Bay. There were various activities held and umpteen number of food stalls were put up. 

My group and I met at my house at around 3:45 and reached our destination by 4:15.  We had four hours to explore the place and enjoy the activities after which we would start the Candle March at 8:30. 

We did diverse things in those four hours. We made milkshake by cycling for 30 seconds, we spray painted a wall relating to climate change and we also did zip line adventures. There were stalls of eco-friendly products. I really liked the cycle which produced light as it served two purposes. It made us lose calories and it produced eco-friendly light too!

But after all these activities the Candle March was the best as the whole atmosphere was immersed in blue.

The Earth hour event made me understand the ways to live an eco-friendly life. We should have such events more often.
