Pani Amala ( Himalayan ground gooseberry)

Hello everyone,
I hope you all are doing great staying safe.Today I am going to share a short information about Pani Amala also called as Himalayan ground gooseberry.

Pani Amala is a underground fruit which is sour and sweet in taste but neglected by most of the people as they consider it as weed .Even most of us also neglect as we don't know about the medicinal importance of this fruit. So today I am going to share some medicinal importance of this fruit to you all.

Medicinal importance of Pani Amala:
- The powder made from the dried leaves ,root and fruit of this plant is very beneficial for jaundice pateints if it is consumed with water and sugar .

- Due to the sour and sweet taste of this food it is very beneficial for the person who have problem in eating food.

- Fresh fruit consumptions is beneficial for digestion and even help to maintain blood sugar level.

- It helps to remove household air toxins such as formaldehyde and xylene.

- The underground berries are used as mineral water.

-It is beneficial for pancreas and liver also.
