World Environment Day in Seoul, Korea |

To celebrate “World Environment Day” UNEP Korea organized “WED Festival” on 7th of June in Yoido Plaza. There were several groups join in this festival such as UNEP Tunza ICC, UNEP Angel, LG Electronics Kids Eco Science Class, SAVE THE PENGUIN etc. UNEP Korea expect that through the celebration of the World Environment Day to the public for them will be to emphasize the importance of participating direct action then try consistently to develop sustainable environment for future generations. On that day there were thousands of people participate a festival to encourage and celebrate WED. UNEP Tunza ICC members play Children's Ensemble Performance, UNEP Angel displayed some stuffs made by used materials, E% exhibited their Eco friendly design works and SAVE THE PENGUIN showed some T-shirts in attractive design. |
