Hello Friends,
So, as mentioned in the previous article we will be analysing the journey to start an organization. Well, as I sort of alluded to in the previous article, relatively normal and common people have been able to start organizations that have created global change. There is no age, financial or educational prerequisite to start an organization. All that is needed is a passion to really create change. This is what we will be discussing in this article.
So, passion? When we say we are passionate about a particular cause or an initiative what are we implying and what do I mean by a true passion to bring change? Well, I believe that when we say this, what we mean is that we are willing to face many challenges and seemingly impossible obstacle to bring about change. If this is the case and one is truly passionate about a cause then starting an organization is very simple.
But, the fact remains that to establish an organized approach takes time. Initial years are often times difficult and the founder of the organization may face numerous obstacles. It is also a major time commitment to start a non-profit organization. So here are some challenges that one may face when trying to start an organized approach for their initiative.
1. Gathering a Team: Having an initial team of trusted associates that you know will help out and stand by you on this journey of starting and running your organization is very important. Any organization needs a team to be successful especially moving forward as you wish to expand the efforts and missions of the organizations.
2. Formulating Visions and Missions: Every organized approach to tackle a social or global problem must have mission or a set of missions to help further their vision. There is a difference between missions and visions. An organizations vision is the overall dream that they have of achieving in the long run. The missions of the group are the actions they will take in order to accomplish these visions. Often times coming up with unique and novel missions can be a challenge. I believe that the best way to create effective missions for an organization is to make a model. Plan out a series of values that the organization stands for. Create a model for how these values can be integrated into a single vision. Then think of what actions can be taken to further these values those will be your missions.
3. Community Recognition: Every organization can succeed when they can reach out to the community and their efforts are recognized. This is because if the community recognized the efforts of the organization then they will be more likely to become inspired and become part of the vision of the organization. This can greatly aid the expansion of the missions and visions of any organization. So, community outreach is very important. However, if the community does not know about a particular cause and organization then the job of the organization can be much more difficult. Thus, outreach through website and social media is indeed very important. Engaging and spreading awareness is often times an easy task but one that is overlooked.
So, this article has explored some of the challenges of creating an organization. There are undoubtedly many others. However, experience has taught me how to overcome these challenges as is true for everyone. Like I said, in the face of true passion for a cause, these challenges seem small and hard work can allow an organization to rise past them!

It takes courage to start change but it finally pays off when everyone starts seeing that the youth are advocating for something they are devoted for . An organization should be hooked on its key mission and try to implement their main goals into their work in order for them to gain the recognition they need to start initiatives .
Thank you so much for your report :)

It's good to know that you are following your passion. Nowadays, young generation get tough challenges when it comes to their passion. They always over think whether their passion is something they need to do in their future or not. My thought is to always do what you love. Great posting though

Team selection and gathering plays pivotal role in making organisation.
There will certainly be some obstacles when we are making our own organisation nevertheless our toil will surely reap good fruit. Once we are recognised by our task in community it will be lot easier to conduct future program. :)

Doubtless, an organization needs principles and specially an incorruptible philosophy. For that reason, its members should agree with common values and future missions.
Good report Nitish! Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thank you for sharing good tips Nitish. Any of us can establish an initiative. Before that, the founder must have clear philosophy and principals to apply on every part of the initiative. Or the initiative may be confronted of many choice difficulties in the operational level.
