Individuals get to feel that whatever they do, their actions are never enough to face the enormity of global environmental issues. The business owners are admitting the eco-green label things are so tiring. Even the public figures are being mocked of their green life style-recently, the Prince of Wales is mocked by telling the public his eco-freidly life style.
Experts are concerned because people tend to walk away from the problems that are too difficult to solve and too complex to understand.
Environmental experts are saying that best way to fight 'green fatigue' is documenting progress in a small and local scale. Then, publishing the specific success rates on the media.
I think what our friends at eco-gen are doing is the best example of fighting off the 'green -fatigue'. Reporting the small success in a local scale. I hope our work in eco-gen will inspire many youths in Asia to fight back the 'green -fatigue'.
