Becoming a part of the Youth and Future Generations Day as it kicked off in Doha COP18 on 29.11.2012- I advocate the need for all the Youth to believe in themselves and take up the challenge themselves as we cannot wait for someone else to do it for us. A strong initiative reported here- Young & Future Generations Day at the UN Climate Negotiations here in Doha, Qatar! International youth held an action to "thank" our leaders and negotiators for everything they have done for us on a broad spectrum of issues. But then we remembered, the U.S. isn't pulling its weight during these negotiations. Despite lead negotiator Jonathan Pershing's opening remarks that the U.S. was making "enormous" efforts to combat climate change, the U.S. is unwilling to make more ambitious commitments to cut emissions. To that, we say "no thanks." Join them in tweeting at our leaders with hashtags#nothanks #cop18 to remind them we want ambitious action at this COP, not false solutions. More to come as the action develops at COP! US Climate Rapid Response Network Team |

This is very interesting!
Also, very impressive that youth made a voice to the States regarding CO2 emission.
You see the point exactly. You did a good job.
