The journey of life is most beautiful when there is accurate planning  and good goal setting. The year 2015 was a very interesting year with several opportunities which I tapped into. One of the greatest achievements I am grateful for is, my appointment as the 15th regional ambassador to Nigeria on the 1^st of September, 2015.

As a popular saying, ?he who fails to plan, plans to fail?. This has made me set up some major goals in my journey through the year 2016. As a passionate environmentalist, the Tunza Eco generation is a great platform to leverage on, in driving home the sustainability goals.

Firstly, Ondo state has three popular private radio stations and a government owned TV station that covers a wide coverage of about 2.5 million audiences.  I saw using the media is a very good channel to reach the unreachable areas across the state.  I purpose to make arrangements with the management and radio presenters of the two popular stations and collaborate to talk about environmental conservation and sustainability issues on air. Plans are on going for the programme to come up by March, April and June.

For the secondary school students,  I have looked into organizing inter-school eco-debate competition amongst the secondary schools in the state capital, this will serve as a prototype to the big event to that will cover major secondary schools across the state in the later months. The event will be in collaboration with the state ministry of environment, waste management authority and the ministry of Education.

In my academic and professional career, I see increasing knowledge as very important especially in the area that takes so much passion in man, this is why I sought to pursue an International master?s degree in environment sustainability in an institution of international reputation. I believe this will not only increase my knowledge but also spur me on to carry out research with a wide range of scholars around the world and proffer indigenous and efficient solutions that are peculiar to my immediate community in Nigeria.
