After Setting up lots of Solar Power Plants , the Indian government is now focusing on the HYDRO-POWER . The Government now is forming policies for hydro projects along with the wind and solar energy. |

But it should be considered that hydropower has adverwe effect on environment as compared to solar energy.

Hydropower is mainly derived from the energy produced by the water current. Hence, very eco-friendly. Thank you for sharing such information to us.

In case of Hydroelectric generator and especially if it involves construction of huge dams, the issue would be more complicated and controversial as it naturally will damage the area. Thanks for sharing!
