Connecting, Co-creating and culturing through 1st National Edition of Chitwan Model United Nations

1^st time in history of Nepal, Youth Thinkers? Society Chitwan organized residential national level Chitwan Model United Nations which gathered 100 plus youths from different part of countries and I am glad to lead the program as President of organization and General Secretary of the 3 different committees namely SOCHUM, UNEP and UNSC. 3 days program went grand successful and I am much delighted and proud of my team mate and team work. CMUN called MUN beginners, enthusiast, intermediates and exerts in these 3 days sessions. Held in world famous tourist spot Sauraha, Chitwan, it was an auspicious moment for us to hold gathering of more than 100 + youths. Model UN conferences are unique experiences. Everybody should participate in them at least once. Being a diplomatic initiative, the MUN is a great setting where people can try to face their fear of public speaking. This chance to overcome a fear of public speaking is great because it supports delegates' personal growth and triggers self-confidence. Likewise, social events organized at the program, made delegates close to each other. Detailed report of each committee will be posted soon as different articles. Stay Tuned. Hi, Sujan! Congrats on leading your first MUN! I'm especially fond of MUN programs because my younger brother, living abroad, had participated in numerous MUN conferences as well! He was also the president of his group, and he was really enthusiastic about MUN activities. I had always heard such good things about the participants of the MUN conferences, about how passionate and bright they were! It's so good to know that Nepal has also started MUN activities through the Chitwan MUN. I want to applaud your efforts and root for your future activities! Keep up the good work :D
