Dear all,
Hope you are doing well. Can't wait to read the upcoming articles of fellow ambassadors! We all know that recently the event before COP 26 has happened in Milan, Italy where we proposed our precise suggestions on prventing and tackling with climate change! We were told that all what we have written will be sent to COP 26 to discuss. I am not sure if you have watched the strikes and listened Greta Thunberg's interview COP 26 didn't help. I am curious to find out your opinion, what do you think? Do you think such international large-scale events help? I personally if there were no such social-educational projects, I would never be able to knwo the importance of environemntal issues. Saying that there is a solution to fight with climate change is easy but implementing it is more difficult! I believe that reducing greeenhouse is something that urgently need to be done in order to slow the climate change process. Regrettably, the world is already warming, and the effects of climate change are already evident. Even if we cease generating greenhouse gases in the next decade or two, we will face additional climate change this century, which is why developing strategies to adapt to climate change is equally critical in order to make our world livable. In addition, what we have been doing, which is raising awareness is something that must be continued. For instance, if you are good at art, you can help by drawing and raising awareness. If you are good at talking to people, have a conversation about this topic. I am sure one of them will help! Also, imagine at home your sibling is using energy but you can tell her that we need to save it and do not take for granted. As it is said, everything starts from family! Let's make our voices heard and start climate action! Hope I could convey, thanks! |

Hello Vazira, this is your mentor Hannah.
As you've mentioned, I deeply sympathize with the fact that solution to climate change is easy but implementing is hard.
Conducting campaigns and spreading the environment-friendly ideas to close families and friends will help implementing.

Hello Vazira, this is your mentor Joon.
I am also the one that thinks such educational projects are crucial to raise awareness about environmental issues. We do not have much sources to face such issues unless it is taught during classes of public education, which in some countries does not even have content related to environment. It should be open to public and easy to access. The progress media has made on raising awareness is really high. However, we have more to go. We should start duplex communication, not instead of single, and it would be better if everyone could broadcast their own voice. What will be your voice? What would you say to the public if possible? It would be good to have a time to think about it.
