Yusufari oasis in Yobe state, Nigeria is a very beautiful desert with sand dunes, down by a river. It consists of a beautiful landscape with dreamy palm trees. It is popularly known as "the Desert land of hope" and is a mushy Oasis with abundant water in a low valley providing magnificent view on desert. It is located near an Oasis on the desert island, and about 105 kilometers north of Nguru at the desert fingers bordering the republic of Niger. It is home to kanuri speaking people and has historically served as a stop camel cavarans carrying potash. It is blessed with fertile soil, rich mineral resources, potash which is also known as black salt and recalls to the memory the ancient Trans-saharan trade.
