PROTEST IN NEPAL AND ITS EFFECT ON ENVIRONMENT (AIR POLLUTION )

by | 26-08-2015 17:31 recommendations 0

Now day public protest in support and against the federalism is not new in Nepal. Large mass of people are gathered against government in several public place. The government of Nepal announced six states previously and now seven states. The way of protesting has several impact. Being the student of agriculture student science, I am viewing it in environmental prospective. Burring tyre in road, I think not good way of demanding. It generate co2 , co and so2   like gases and dust particles in massive amount. The destruction of government property or any other place is also responsible for huge production of dust.

You can clearly see the different types of protest activities in Nepal (sorry for low quality). In one picture tyre is burning and in another cultural program. Ecofriendly activities not only save nature but also spreads their culture. The major impact of air pollution are :

1.Respiratory and other health problems in human,

2. Global warming,

3. Acid rain,

4. Effect on Wildlife,

5.      Depletion of Ozone layer,

I am not supporting any protest activities or diminishing their demand. But the activities that we are doing has something to do with environment.
