One and One makes three, importance of team work to combat illegal poaching in Nepal

If somebody asks you what one and one makes? Sure, all of you will answer it is two, but what if I say One and one makes three. Can't believe me? wait and have patience to read all the post I will make you believe that one and one makes three.

Working in group always adds. same is applicable in conservation efforts. In Nepal there are buffer communities around protected areas. The government is trying to protect the rare species since long. Not more than a decade ago it started a new concept of community forest. it is basically a part of protected area owned and managed by local community, they can use these resources but the revenue must be shared with government. This made the local people realize that conservation can help them directly on their day to day life. They start protected this wildlife inside as their own. Here two parties were working together but with the strength of three. The strategy proved effective and this day Nepal is a role model in wild animal conservation. Unity is always beneficial be it in conservation projects or in this situation to combat illegal poaching in context of Nepal.

Conclusion: The need of the time is not to work alone but with other together in group so that maximum output is obtained. As told unity is strength.
